Role & Responsibilities:

Mr. Harsh Patil leads the overall programmatic and operational sectors of the organization. He plays a pivotal role in strategic planning, coordination, and execution of multi-sectoral initiatives across Agriculture, Education, Decent Work, and allied development areas.

He is responsible for aligning organizational goals with on-ground implementation, ensuring program quality, inter-departmental coordination, and impact-driven outcomes. Mr. Patil also supports partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring frameworks to ensure sustainable and scalable development interventions.

Role & Responsibilities:

Mr. Krushna Nerkar manages the complete financial and accounting functions of the organization. He ensures transparent financial practices, statutory compliance, budgeting, and accurate financial reporting in line with NGO and regulatory standards.

He is responsible for maintaining accounts, audits, fund utilization tracking, and financial documentation to support donor confidence and organizational credibility.

Role & Responsibilities:

Mr. Vikas Chavhan oversees the Human Resources and administrative functions of the organization. He is responsible for recruitment, staff development, performance management, and maintaining organizational policies and discipline.

He ensures a positive work culture, compliance with labor norms, and smooth internal operations, enabling the team to perform effectively toward the organization’s mission.

Role & Responsibilities:

Mr. Pramod Dusane leads the Livelihood and Economic Empowerment programs of the organization. He focuses on designing and implementing sustainable livelihood models that enhance income generation and economic resilience for communities.

His work includes coordination with field teams, beneficiaries, and partners to ensure effective program delivery and measurable socio-economic impact.

Role & Responsibilities:

Mr. Ravindra Nikumbh heads the Education Department of the organization. He is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring education-focused interventions aimed at improving access, quality, and learning outcomes.

He works closely with communities, institutions, and educators to promote inclusive education and long-term learning development.
